What Is VBS?
Vacation Bible School at First Baptist Kingstowne is a fun, Christ-centered week designed to help children grow in their understanding of God’s Word. Through Bible lessons, music, activities, and age-appropriate teaching, children will learn that they can trust God in every situation.
Bible-Centered Teaching
Each night is built around a clear Bible lesson that points children to the truth of God’s Word and the hope found in Christ.
Safe & Organized
Families can expect a structured evening with caring volunteers, age-appropriate groups, and a welcoming environment.
Fun With Purpose
Every part of the week supports the theme “Hero Headquarters” and helps children understand what it means to trust God.
Your Child’s Mission This Week
Throughout the week, children will discover five powerful truths about God. Each lesson builds on the next to help them grow in faith and confidence in Him.
HQ Orientation
God Is With Me
Children will learn from Joshua that God is always present, even when life feels new, uncertain, or overwhelming.
Hero’s Calling
God Is My God
Through the story of Zacchaeus, children will see that God knows them personally and cares about them deeply.
Battle Ready
God Gives Me Strength
From David and Goliath, children will learn that God is powerful and bigger than any fear or challenge they face.
Against the Odds
God Helps Me
In Gideon’s story, children will discover that God helps His people do hard things and uses those who trust Him.
Victory Secured
God Holds Me
Through Daniel in the lions’ den, children will be reminded that God keeps His people secure and is always faithful.
