"Let no man despise thy youth, but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity." (1Timothy 4:12)
Life is changing. You're no longer a kid, but not quite an adult. You're adapting to new friends, new relationships, new pressures, new freedoms - and new temptations. How can you cope? Well, you don't have to do it alone. FBCK is here with experienced teachers and counselors, exciting lessons and activities, plenty of friendly faces, and a lot of fun. Find your place at FBCK!
Our teen Sunday School classes feature topical Bible study on issues of interest to teens. More than just church knowledge, it's life knowledge. Meeting 10:00-10:45 on Sunday mornings.
On Wednesdays at 7pm, our teens gather for their own worship service in the fellowship hall. This service not only allows teens to hear messages relevant to their own life experiences, it builds a sense of community and helps prepare our teens for service in the church.
Our teen group engages in regular activities, from service ministries (like volunteering at a soup kitchen, passing out church invites, and assisting the elderly) to teambuilding challenges (like conquering a zipline obstacle course or solving a locked room mystery) to fundraising (like car washes and the always-popular walking taco lunch) to youth conferences to just plain fun. Be part of something special - we have a place for you!
